Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery fees: are the amount and value of the shipment sent with the shipping company (order shipping fees). They are fixed fees for each shipment requested by the customer. The shipping company is obligated to ship the customer’s order to the city chosen as the customer’s address, with the customer being obligated to clarify all the delivery address data by choosing the city name, neighborhood name, street name, and adding any other landmark specific to the customer’s delivery address. The store is obligated to add this information to the shipping company until the shipment is delivered.



Cash on Delivery Fees: These are cash on delivery fees, which are fees that are only specified for shipments in which the payment method is chosen as (cash on delivery). These fees are only paid for shipments in which the payment method is chosen as “cash on delivery (cash on receipt)”. Note that these fees do not pertain to the delivery of the shipment, but rather pertain to the cash on delivery option when the shipment arrives at the customer’s city and address (whether it is received from the customer’s location or from the shipping company’s office).


In the event that the customer does not receive the shipment sent from the Care Destination Store with the shipping company and the shipment is returned to the store, the customer is obligated to the following:


In the event that the customer does not receive the order, whether the delivery method is through the shipping company or through a representative, then ( the order is considered cancelled and the customer bears the delivery or shipping fees (which is the value of the shipping fees for the shipment to the customer’s city and its return to the store) and no new order will be shipped or delivered to the customer except by paying these fees ) due to the customer’s failure to receive the shipment from the shipping company and his failure to abide by the concluded contract and his approval to confirm the shipment to his city

Note that the shipment does not remain with the shipping company for more than 5 to 7 days in the customer’s city.


In case the order is not received and payment was made by any method available in the store:

If the customer does not receive the order within a maximum period of 5 to 7 days, whether the delivery method is via a shipping company or via a representative, the order is considered cancelled and the customer bears the delivery or shipping fees, the value of the order shipping fees to the customer’s city and its return to the store, and the order amount (the value of the products) is returned after deducting the delivery or shipping fees and the transfer fees to the customer’s bank account or credit card or Tabby or Tamara, if any.

Note that the shipment does not remain with the shipping company for more than 5 to 7 days.


Cancel order:

The customer can cancel the order before it is confirmed by the store directly. However, after receiving the confirmation, the order can only be cancelled by contacting customer service by clicking here.

Cancel the order (bank transfer, Mada and credit card):

The customer can cancel the order before the order enters the preparation stage and does not receive it from the shipping company. The customer bears the transfer fees to his bank account, if any, or any other fees related to credit cards.



If the order arrives incomplete:

If the customer's order is incomplete, whether the order was made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, the value of the missing item will be returned to the customer's bank account or credit card, and the store will bear the transfer fees.

Delays during Eid days are taken into consideration, and any delays caused by the delivery or shipping company are responsible for that, and the Care Point store bears no responsibility for that.


These terms and conditions are binding on all parties and govern the relationship between them. The management of the Care Destination Store reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the site without prior notice. Please review the terms and conditions of use regularly for any updates. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions of use constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
