Return or exchange policy


We thank you for choosing Silver Beam Commercial and we are happy to serve you.

Sometimes you may change your mind about the products you have purchased, but that's okay. We at Silver Beam Trading will do our best to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.


We have made the return or exchange process easy for you through the following procedures:


Return or Exchange Policy Time Period:


The customer has the right to replace or return the product as follows:


1. Return within 7 days from the date of receipt.


If you wish to exchange, this must be done within 14 days from the date of purchase.


1- This policy applies to the product being in the same original condition upon receipt.


2- When returning, all accessories and gifts received with the product must be returned in their original condition.


3- Products that have been used and have a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same item, provided that the customer delivers them to one of the Silver Beam Al-Madee’ commercial branches.


4- In the event of a return or exchange, contact the store teams via WhatsApp to coordinate the receipt of the shipment and its return to the store.


5- The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for replacing or returning products.


Retrieval methods:


1- The customer has the option to return the value of his purchases or replace them with another product, not exceeding the value of the purchases, while adhering to all of these terms and conditions.


2- To recover the value of purchases made using credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be recovered through the customer’s bank account within a period of (2) to fourteen (14) business days, and the customer must follow up on the payment procedures through the bank branch with which he dealt.


Exceptions not covered by the return or exchange policy:


1- Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.


2- The serial numbers of the original product or any other appearance do not match the product when received and as stated in the purchase invoice.



Any product can be returned if the item is defective.


In the event that the delivery of the goods or product is not available, the company is obligated to refund the amount received within a period of 14 days.
